Oat Protein Pancake

Ingredients
1 cup oat meal (old fashioned)1 tsp. cinnamon2 tsp. vanilla8 splenda packets1 tsp. baking powder7 egg whites
Directions
in a small food processor, combine all dry ingredients until oats resemble a course flour. Add vanilla and egg whites and mix until well combine. Coat a non-stick skillet with non-stick cooking spray and cook just like regular pancakes. Add fruit for variation. These are pretty sweet, so no need to add syrup.
