Ingredients
(1) scoop of Total Soy Meal Replacement - Calcium 100 Protein Powder(1) Yoplait Original Strawberry Yogurt(1.5 - 2) cups of Silk Soy Milk + Fiber
Directions
1) Pour soy milk in tall wide mouth glass.
2) Add scoop of protein powder and contents of strawberry yogurt into glass.
3) Using a hand mixer - mix until all contents are smooth.
4) Enjoy!
