* 1 Egg White, 2 serving (remove) * Egg, fresh, 1 cup (4.86 large eggs) (remove) * *Canola Oil, 1 1tsp (remove) * Milk, nonfat, 1.5 cup (remove) * *Pumpkin Pie spice, 1 tsp (remove) * Reddi Wip Fat Free Whipped Topping, 100 grams (remove) * *Flour, white, 1 cup (remove) * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
This does make 12 crepes. You may make smaller ones if you like. Blend ingredients until smooth, pour a bit of the mixture into a medium heated pan and swirl to edges of the pan, flip over until each side is a golden colour.
