Barb and Ed's Crock Pot Beef Roast

5 Lb. Beef Roast (Eye roasts shrink)2 Med. Onion - sliced1 Cup Mushrooms - sliced1 Can Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 Can Campbell’s French Onion Soup
Place beef roast in crock pot. Empty both cans of soup over roast. Salt and pepper. Put onion slices and mushrooms on top. Cover and cook on slow 6 to 8 hours depending on size of roast.
Serving size - 4 oz. of beef with 1/2 cup sauce
If you have left over sauce, it’s great with browned ground beef and egg noodles.
