Basil Vinaigrette

Ingredients
1.5 cups firmly packed fresh basil leaves1/4 cup FRESH lemon juice2 tbsp. Dijon mustard1/4 cup water1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oilSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a blender, combine basil, lemon juice, water, and mustard.
Blend on high speed until completely smooth.
With blender running, add oil in a steady stream.
Blend until incorporated.
Season, to taste, with salt and pepper.
