Banana Oat Bran Muffins

Ingredients
1C flour1C oat bran 1C fat free Plain yogurt 1C mashed bananas1/2 c applesauce unsweetened1/3 c brown sugar packed 1 tsp cinnamon2 tp baking powder2 tbsp ground flax seed 1 tbsp of oil1/4 c egg substitute
Directions
mix dry ing together until well combined add in the egg, yogurt, bananas and applesauce mixture will be thick
spray a muffin tine with nonstick spray and fill each muffin 3/4 full sprinkle with chopped nuts or cinnamon and sugar if you would like bake at 350 for 20-25 min until golden brown and toothpick comes out clean
