Oil oilSoy sauceLemon juiceWorcestershire saucePrepared mustardBlack pepperGarlic
Directions
In a stainless steel container (or sealable plastic bag) combine oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, black pepper and garlic. Mix well and add the cut up beef. Marinate in the fridge for 4 - 24 hours.
