Healthy Apple Crisp

Ingredients
6 Granny Smith Apples peeled & sliced1/2 c whole wheat flour3/4 c quick oats1/2 c brown sugar, 1/4 c brown sugar1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp cinnamon6 Tbsp cold butter1 tsp vanilladash salt
Directions
Preheat oven 375 degrees F.
Mix apples with 1/4 c brown sugar, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, salt and vanilla. Place in greased 9" x 13" pan.
Cut butter into the rest of ingredients, then sprinkle over apples in pan.
Bake for "30 minutes" or until apples are tender (x 37')
