Dinner, Mole Tamale Pie

Ingredients
Ground beef, extra lean, 24 oz (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Salsa, 1 cup (remove)Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1.75 cup kernels (remove)Garlic, 2 clove (remove)Pepper, black, .25 tsp (remove)Cinnamon, ground, .25 tsp (remove)*Cumin seed, .67 tbsp (remove)Nutmeg, ground, .25 tsp (remove)Oregano, ground, .25 tsp (remove)Salt, .5 tsp (remove)Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 1 tbsp (remove)Cheddar Cheese, 8 oz (remove)Cilantro, raw, 4 tbsp (remove)*Flour, white, 1 cup (remove)Yellow Cornmeal, .75 cup (remove)Granulated Sugar, 0.188 cup (remove)Butter, salted, 3 tbsp (remove)Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)Milk, nonfat, .67 cup (remove)Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove)
Directions
Brown Beef, green peppers and onions. Drain beef.

Add Salsa, corn and garlic and cook until corn is cooked.

Add all spices and cook for a minute. Add cheese and cliantro and pull off heat.

Mix flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, butter, egg and milk in a separate bowl.

Pour beef mixture into a 9x13x2 pan. Dallop the cornmeal mixture ontop of beef and lightly spread evenly. Place in 375 degree oven for 10-12 minutes until cornbread is cooked.
