Spicy Butternut Squash and Apple Soup

Ingredients
Ingredients:Butternut Squash, 4 cup, or medium squash peeled and seeds removedGranny smith apple - 2 med. apple (peeled and cored)Onions, raw, 2 medium chopped Milk, nonfat, 2 cup Curry powder, 2 tbsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tbsp Water, tap, 2 cup
Directions
Roast Veggies and apples and until soft in the oven then allow to cool. Blend in small batches and add the liquids (milk and Water) a little at a time, until it is all blended. Allow to simmer until bubbling hot. Then serve or turn down heat until ready to serve! Adjust the Curry and cinnamon to the spiciness that you family likes. My Husband and I are big Curry fans!
