1 Banana Sliced.5 cups of milk1 plain yogurt2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream1 packet of carnation instant breakfast3 tbsp. protien shake mixAny extra fruit or fruit juice
Directions
Make 1.5 16 0z glasses

Blend everything together and enjoy. Great for breakfast. and b4 or after gym. I drink 3 of these a day.
