CrockPot Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli

Ingredients
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed6 oz sharp cheddar, shredded2 c 1% milk1/2 c heavy cream1/2 c ricotta cheese16 oz frozen broccoli1 tbsp mustard1 tbsp olive oilseasonings to taste
Directions
Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken and sautee until browned. When chicken is browned, transfer to crock pot. Add other ingredients. Season with favorite spices. Cook on low 4-6 hours, until sauce is bubbly and chicken is cooked through.
