Grandma's crumb cake

Ingredients
3/4 Cup shorting1 Cup white sugar1Cup brown Sugar1/2 teaspoon cinnamon1/2 teaspoon nutmeg2 Cups whole wheat flour2 beaten eggs or 1/2 cup egg beaters1Cup sour milk1teaspoon soda1/2 Cup raisins1/2 Cup nuts
Directions
Mix together the sugar, flour & spices. Cut in shortening with with 2 knives or pastry blender as in making pastry. Save 3/4 Cup of mixture for top of cake.
Then add eggs, milk, soda, raisins & nuts. Mix until blended together. Poor into 8x11 or 9x13 pan Sprinkle remaining mixture on top Bake 350 40-50 minutes
