Ingredients
* Ground beef, 12 oz * *Onion - Raw, chopped, 1 cup2 cloves garlic, minced * Vegetable Juice Cocktail (V8), 1 can * V8 Vegetable Juice, Spicy Hot, 1 can * Beans, navy, 1 can undrained * *Goya Dark Red Kidney Beans, 1 can undrained * *contadina tomato puree, 1 large can * *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 2 cans undrained * Carrots,1 cup slices or shredded1 T white vinegar1 1/2 t basil, oregano, black pepper, and salt3/4 t thyme
Directions
Brown hamburger and onion.

Add garlic and carrots and saute about ten minutes, being careful not to burn garlic.

Add remaining ingredients and simmer for one hour.
