Annica's Easy Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
5 medium Russet potatoes6 tsp Knorr chicken bouillon powder¼ cup 2% milk (or skim, if you prefer)
Directions
Bring enough water to cover potatoes to a boil in a large saucepan. Peel potatoes & cut into large chunks. Boil potatoes until tender (about 15-20 minutes). Without removing potatoes, drain water from pot, leaving about ¼ cup of liquid behind. Add bouillon powder and milk. Mash all ingredients until smooth with no lumps. Makes 6 ½ cup servings.
