Ingredients
Barilla Farfalle Plus, about 8 ouncesCottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat, about 350 gramsButter, whipped, 3 tbspOnions, raw, .66 largeNOTE: the above ingredients are just what I used this particular time. usually I just use whatever noodles (bow ties always) that I have in the cupboard with whatever leftover cottage cheese I have. the above is what I entered in order to get my nutritional info. this ended up being 3 servings for me.
Directions
• boil noodles according to package, drain, set aside.
• slice onion into rings, then cut those into 4, for long strips.
• saute the onion in about 2 Tbsp. of whipped butter until slightly browned in a large pan.
• after all of that is prepped, toss all together. noodles into sauteed onion, then add the cottage cheese and mix.
• enjoy!
