Ingredients
1/4 cup steel-cut oatmeal (quick-cook or regular)3/4 cup water1/4 cup pureed pumpkin1 tsp cinnamon1/8 tsp cardamompinch clovespinch nutmeg
Directions
Cook oatmeal in boiling water according to package directions. Add pumpkin and spices to taste. Heat through and serve. Toasted almonds, pecans, or walnuts are excellent on top, but are not included in the nutritional information. Serves 1.
