PBPB smoothie

Ingredients
I C soy milkI banana, (I like to brake them up and freeze them so they are ready to go)2 tbsp Adam's peanut butter 10g protein powder (I like PC brand without whey)4 ice cubes, crushed
Directions
Place all ingredients in blender, blend until smooth. I like to pulse everything except protein powder first to start, then sprinkle in the powder so it doesn't clump together.
