Greek Salad

Ingredients
Green bell pepper, [or mixed] 1 cup, strips Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 medium whole chopped [or cherry tomatoes slice in half]Red Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced Black Olives, 3 jumbo slicedCucumber 1 (8-1/4") [with or without peel]Balsamic vinegar, 1/2 tablespoon*Extra Light Olive Oil, 2 tablespoon Feta Cheese, 1 cup, crumbled
Directions
Prepare vegetables, mix vegetables, olive oil and balsamic vinager together. Place in fridge. Per serving toss with crumbled feta cheese.
