Chicken Vegetable Lasagna

Ingredients
9 Lasagna Noodles 1 can diced 1 can crushed tomatosCelery, cooked, 1 cup, diced Zucchini, 2 cup, sliced Mushrooms, cooked, 0.33 cup pieces 1 Chicken Breast, no skinOnions, raw, 1 largeOlive Oil, 1 tbsp Spinach, frozen, 1 package Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, 750 grams Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 500 grams
Directions
Cook the lasagna noodle until they are soft, but chewy (slighty harder than al dente)

sautee chopped onion, celery, garlic, and chopped up chicken until the onions are tender. Add the zucchini, mushrooms, spinach, and cans of tomato along with basil and oregano. Simmer.

in a 9x13 pan alternated layers of noodles, sauce, cottage cheese and mozzarella cheese.

Bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes.
