Golden Garlic Mashed Potatoes

1 1/2 cups worth of Potatoes3 large cloves of Garlic3 tablespoons of Olive Oil* 1 Serving
Makes 1 - 1 cup servings
Place 1 quart pot of water on stove on HIGH.
Peel and cut Potatoes into ice cube size and add to boiling water.
Peel and mince Garlic Cloves, set aside till Potatoes are cooked.
Place Potatoes in mixing bowl and evenly spread the minced garlic on top and mix till you have Mashed Potatoes to your chunky or smooth preferred.
Place in servable baking dish and evenly top with Olive Oil for a nice layer ( place more for a thicker crust )
Broil till the top of dish is Golden and Serve
