1 pkg Betty Crocker Super Moist Butter Recpe Yellow Cake Mix, 3.5 oz pkg of Jello Banana Cream Fat Free Sugar Free Pudding1 cup of Eggbeaters1 cup of water 1/4 cup Motts unsweetened Applesauce cup1 cup of Ripe Mashed Banana1/2 cup Walnuts
Preheat over at 350 degrees.
Beat first 5 ingredients in large bowl with mixer. Add bananas and nuts, mix well. Pour into Muffin pans or Loaf pan, sprayed with pam.
Cook for 40 minutes for loaf
Cook for 20 to 25 minutes for muffins.
Makes 12 1/2 inch slices.
