*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 40 oz Shredded Raw Carrots (3 oz), 4.2 oz Spinach, fresh, 2.5 cup Salt, 1 tbsp *Onion powder, 3 tbsp Pepper, black, .5 tbsp Garlic, 2 tsp Basil, 1 tbsp Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 large whole (3" dia)
Chop tomoatoes and spinach. Mix all ingredients into meat. Place mixture in oven-safe dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 - 1 1/2 hours or until done.
