Taco Soup

Ingredients
1 very large can Bush Pinto Beans (53 oz)1 large can Bush Black Beans (26.5 oz)2 large cans Great Value Crushed Tomatoes (28 oz)2 reg cans Sweet Corn ( 15.25 oz)2 Lawry's Taco Seasoning packages (1.25 oz)2 lbs. Lean Hamburger meat (93/7)6 cups of water
Directions
In a frying pan cook the meat, add minced onion if desired, salt and pepper to flavor. When fully cooked add one pkg of Taco seasoning to flavor the meat.

While cooking the meat, open the canned ingredients to put in stock pot. Add the water then one package of Taco seasoning to flavor the soup mixture. When the meat is done cooking and mixed with the taco seasoning, add to the soup mixture. Allow the soup to simmer about 20 to 30 minutes. Viola! Ready to serve!

    There is Meg's sodium free Taco Seasoning and you can substitute a low sodium prepared Taco Seasoning at the store. The beauty of this recipe is that you can adapt and change it.
