Whole grain, Oatmeal Yogurt pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour1 cup rolled oats2 lightly beaten eggs (or egg white equivalent)2tsp baking soda or baking powder1 cup milk (skim or 1%)1 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt1 TBSP maple syrup *
Directions
Blend all ingredients in this order, just until moist. Pour 2-3 TBSP at a time to make the pancake the size you want. Make smaller for little ones.


Add-ins/ Suggestions

• add pumpkin pie spices, or nutmeg, ginger, and cinnamon and replace the maple syrup
• use a topping made of greek yogurt and orange juice
• or you can add chopped pecans or walnuts
