Salsa con Queso crock pot chicken

Ingredients
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, frozen1/2 jar southwest salsa with black beans and corn1 can cambell's fiesta nacho cheese soup
Directions
Place frozen chicken breasts in crock pot. Mix soup and 1/2 jar of salsa with 1-2 cups water and pour over chicken. Cook on low for 8 hours. Serve with beans and rice and your choice of veggie.
