1 lb turkey sausage8 slices of turkey bacon1 can reduced fat crescent rolls4-6 eggs1 cup 2% shredded cheesefrozen hashbrowns
Fully cook the sausage and bacon, then drain. Chop the bacon up to mix with the sausage. Line the bottom of casserole dish with crescent rolls. Then spread sausage and bacon on the top of crescent rolls. Then make a layer to your liking of the frozen hashbrowns, and cover hashbrowns witht the cheese. The last layer should be your well scrambled eggs. (not cooked) Bake the casserole until eggs and crescent rolls are done. It took me about 15 minutes to bake.
