Ingredients
2 large eggs, whipped1 fresh jalapeņo, sliced1 slice cheddar cheese
Directions
Whip two eggs with mixer on medium for 1 minute
Pour into preheated skillet
Cook 5 minutes
Add sliced jalapeņo and 1 slice cheddar cheese
Fold when set
