Honey Whole Wheat Muffins

Ingredients
1.75 C. whole wheat flour.25 C. dry milk.25 t salt.5 t. baking powder2 t. baking soda.5 C. honey.75 C. fat free milk.75 C. unsweetened applesauce1 Lg. egg
Directions
Mix all dry ing. together. Mix all wet together. Combine wet to dry just until moist. Line muffin tins with papers sprayed with cooking spray. Place in 350 degree oven for about 20 min. or so. Makes 14 using a 1/4 measure cup.
