Beef stir-fry w/ Black bean Garlic sauce and Sai Fun noodles

Ingredients
Directions
1/2 pound of beef cut into 1 in pieces 2 bell peppers, chopped2 large carrots choppedBroccoli med head chopped1 bunch of scallions choppedSauce package of noodles
season beef with salt pepper and any other spice you like
heat oil in wok then add beef, cook until done.
remove beef and set aside
stir as needed the following
add carrots and peppers, cook a few minutes
add broccoli, cover and steam a few minutes
add sauce and stir
add scallions, beef and stir
serve with prepared noodles or rice
if you like it spicy add a teaspoon of chili garlic paste or try some fresh grated ginger with it.
