Ceasar Salad Lactose Free

Ingredients
1 pkg Romaine Hearts 22 oz (3 heads)1 garlic clove2 TBS Lemon Juice1 TBS Anchovy Paste4 TBS Olive Oil4 TBS Galaxy Foods Veggie Topping Parmesan FlavorFreshly Ground Black Pepper to Taste1 Egg Yolk
Directions
Wash and Spin Romaine Lettuce, wrap in a towel and
refrigerate.
Crush Garlic into Large bowl. Add olive oil pressing with back of fork. Add Anchovy Paste, lemon juice, olive oil and black pepper. Stir in Veggie Parmesan and egg yolk.
Break Romaine into bite size pieces and toss to coat.
Serves 8
