Pumpkin Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients
1 c flour1 c oatmeal1 c brown sugar 15 oz can pumpkin.25 tsp cloves.50 tsp cinnamon.5 tsp ginger2 tsp baking powder.5 tsp baking soda1 egg1/3 c milk nonfat1/3 c slivered almonds or other nuts
Directions
Heat oven to 350. Spray muffin pan with non-stick spray.

Combine dry ingredients in bowl and stif with whisk. Add wet ingredients and combine well. Dollop into muffin tin and bake for about 40 minutes. Check for doneness.
