2 12-ounce cans of White Chunk Chicken (or 1 24-ounce can)3/4 (6 ounces) cup Frank’s Extra Hot Sauce1 cup of Hidden Valley Ranch Light Dressing2 8-ounce package o Neufchatelf Cream Cheese2 cups shredded Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Drain chicken.
Put chicken and hot sauce into skillet, mix well, and heat until thoroughly heated.
Add Ranch Dressing, stir thoroughly. Cube the cream cheese, add to skillet, and stir until completely melted. Add cheddar cheese and stir until melted. Pour into a 9 x 12 pan. Serve with a bowl of Frito-Lay Corn Chip Scoops.
