Sugar-Free Whole Wheat Corn Bread

1 cup yellow corn meal1 cup whole wheat flour1/4 cup Splenda1 Tbsp. baking soda1 tsp. salt1 cup nonfat milk1/3 cup vegetable oil1 large egg, lightly beaten
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a 8 in square baking pan.
Combine corn meal, flour, Splenda, baking powder and salt in medium bowl. Comnine milk, oil and egg in small bowl. Mix well. Add milk mixture to flour mixture. Stir just until blended. Pour into prepaired pan.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm.
