Homemade Apple Pie Pancakes

1 1/2 cups whole-wheat flour1/4 cup oats1/2 tsp cinnamon2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt1 cup water (milk can be substituted, add to ingredients)1 medium egg1/4 cup raisins1/2 medium apple, diced
In a medium bowl, stir together flour, oats, cinnamon, baking powder and salt.
Add 1 cup water (milk can be used - add to ingredients separately), egg, raisins, and apples; stir together gently until just mixed.
Heat a frying pan to medium
Portion 1/2 cup batter onto a hot, lightly oiled frying pan.
Cook until the center starts to bubble and becomes sturdy.
Flip pancake over and cook other side until golden brown.
Repeat process until the batter is gone.
Serve with maple syrup or non-sweetened jam
