Whole Wheat Baguette

*Whole Wheat Flour, 3 cup (remove)*Flour, white, 1 cup (remove)*Active Dry Yeast, 2.5 tsp (remove)Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Salt, 2 tsp (remove)
Mix together flour and salt.
Add water and yeast to HALF the flour (another bowl) with hand until dough forms (very very lose and watery)
Cover and let sit 3 hours
Gently add rest of flour and knead 10 minutes
Cover and let rest 1 hour
Seperate into 3 and roll into baguette
Let raise 20 min (min)
Bake at highest temp with bowl of water in oven until golden brown
the serving size is for 1/3 a loaf
