Healthy Cheese and Veggie Spread

Ingredients
1 cup shredded cheddar1/4 cup lowfat yogurt1 t lemon juice1 t soy sauce1/4 cup chopped apple1/4 cup chopped carrot2 T chopped celery2 T chopped pecans (or what you have on hand)1 T wheat germ2 T seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, sesame)
Directions
Mix all ingredients well. Chill. Use as dip or sandwicih spread. Makes 6 1/4 cup servings
