2 cups whole wheat flour1/4 cup ground flax seed1 tsp baking soda1 tsp ground cinnamon1/2 tsp ginger1/2 tsp nutmegDash of sea salt1 1/4 cups organic blue agave1 1/4 cups mashed ripe bananas1/2 cup vegetable oil2 eggs1 tsp vanilla1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
1. Whisk flour, flax, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt together making a well in the center.
2. In another bowl using a wire whisk, mix together remaining ingredients except walnuts. Beat well until light and fluffy. Pour into well in dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Add walnuts. Do not overmix.
3. Pout batter into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350' for 55 minutes until tests done. Cool in pan for 15 minutes and then remove to a wire rack.
