Banana, Applesauce and Hemp Seed Muffin

1/2 cup whole wheat flour1 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt3 mashed bananas3/4 cup splenda for baking2 egg whites1/3 cup applesauce2 Tbsp flax seed1/3 cup brown sugar1/8 tsp ground cinnamon1 tbsp whole wheat flour1/2 cup Hemp seed2 Tbsp margarine or butter
Preheat oven to 375
Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. In separate bowl beat together bananas, splenda, sugar, flax seed, egg, and applesauce. Stir wet mixture into dry mixture.
In small bowl mix together brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and hemp. Cut in margarine until it looks like coarse cornmeal.
Pour muffin batter into muffin pan. (I got nine muffins out of my batch). Top with hemp seed mixture.
Bake for 18-20 mins.
