Loaded Nachos with Turkey, Black Beans & Salsa

Ingredients
4oz baked corn chips8 oz ground turkey breast3/4 cup fat free spicky black bean dip (such as Desert Pepper Trading Co.)1 cup reduced fat Mexican style 4 cheese blend, shredded cheese2/3 cup non-fat greek yogurt2/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Directions
1) Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
2) Line a baking sheet with foil, spread the tortilla chips out on the prepared sheet
3) Heat a large non stick saute pan over high heat. When pan is hot, add ground turkey and cook until it is cooked through. Stir bean dip into turkey, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
4) Spoon turkey mixture over chips, sprinkle cheese on top and bake until cheese has melted.
5) Remove baking sheet from oven, top chip with salsa & drop small dollops of the yogurt on top of the nachos (can also be served on side if preferred)
6) Garnish with Cilantro
