Southwest Slow Cooker Roast

Ingredients
3 lb bottom round roast (or your roast of choice)2 cups frozen white corn1 can black beans, drained1 16 oz jar salsa2 teaspoons cuminsalt and pepper, to taste
Directions
trim fat from roast. rub cumin, salt and pepper evenly over meat. put corn, salsa, and beans into slow cooker. stir. place roast on top and let simmer 3.5 to 4 hours on high or 7 to 8 hours on low. serves 6.
