Tia's Risotto

1 C Arborio Rice4 Cups Chicken Broth2 Tbsp Olive Oil2 Cloves Garlic1 C Chopped Onion1/4 C Parmesan Cheese
Heat the chicken broth.
In a seperate pan, heat the olive oil. Add the onions and the garlic and sauted til tender. Add the rice and stir until translucent.
Over medium heat, add 1 cup of chicken broth. Stir frequently until liquid is absorbed. Continue to add broth, 1/2 C at a time, letting the broth be almost completely absorbed each time. You may not use all the broth each time.
When the rice is tender, remove from heat.
Stir in Parmasen cheese and serve.
