Ingredients
* *Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey, 20 oz (remove) * Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove) * Baby Carrots, raw, 4 large (remove) * Mushrooms, fresh, 0.25 cup, pieces or slices (remove) * Garlic, 3 cloves (remove) * *Spaghetti Sauce, Classico Tomato & Basil, 1 cup (remove) * *Quaker Quick minute Oatmeal plain w/water, 0.5 cup (remove) * Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend, 0.25 tsp (remove) * *2 tsp Italian Seasoning, 1 serving (remove) * Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp (remove) * *fresh onion, 0.75 cup (remove)
Directions
Mince all the veggies in a food processor. Mix in remaining ingredients and portion evenly in a cupcake pan. Lining with cupcake wrappers makes for easier cleanup.

Can add Salt to taste and Parmesan cheese to taste.

I am on a low sodium low fat no dairy plan so I left those out of my usual recipe.
