* 2 cups organic spinach * 1 cup milk * 1 tablespoon flax (optional) * 1 banana * ice
The website suggests that you place the flax, spinach, banana, and milk into the blender (in that order) to weigh down the lighter ingredients. It is suggested that you blend those ingredients for a minute or so before adding the ice and blending again. I've blended them all together at once with no problem so it's up to you!
