Red Berry Cinnamon Cocoa Oatbake

Egg 2 largePlain Oats 100 gramsSweetner (artificial) 2 tspCocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 1 tbspCinnamon, ground, 1 tspFrozen Mixed Berries 150 grams
Whip egg whites with 2 tablespoons water until stiff
Whisk egg yolks with 2 tablespoons water, add cinnamon, sweetner and cocoa.
Fold whites into the yolks.
Stir in oats gently.
Pour into lined baking tin, top with red berries.
Bake at 180'C for 20-25 mins until toothpick test is clean.
