Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey1 egg1 cup bread crumbs1 tbsp oregano1 tbsp/1 clove chopped garlic.5 tbsp saltpinch of thymedutch crust sandwich rolls (5)sliced provelone cheese (2.5 slices per sandwich)canned tomato sauce
Directions
preheat overn to 390 degrees
mix together ground turkey, egg, bread crumbs, garlic and spices, round into 24 meatballs, approx 1 inch in diameter. Cook for approx 25-30 minutes or until meatball are brown and cooked through
heat tomato sauce in microwave or on stove
slice rolls 3/4's of the way ans lay provelone cheese inside and then toast either in oven or toaster over, open faced.
one meatballs are cook, place in sandwich and top with sauce! makes 8 subs with 3 meatballs in each
