Italiano Eggs Scramble Supreme

Ingredients
2 tbsp smart balance omega light margarine6 lg egg whites4 oz mozzarella cheese - part skim milk1 tsp minced garlic1/4 tsp oregano1/2 c green peppers diced1/2 c shallots diced1/4 c sliced mushrooms2 tbsp parmesan cheese2 servings of Louis Rich Smoked Turkey Sausage
Directions
heat margarine in medium heat pan
add turkey sausage - cook most of the way then add garlic, peppers, shallots, mushrooms heat until fully cooked
add egg whites and oregano stir lightly until eggs are done then add cheeses to the top
