Meatball Sub Casserole (Once a month cooking option)

6 cups cubed italian bread1 8 oz pkg Neufchatel cream cheese1/2 cup reduced fat Mayonnaise1 tsp italian seasoning1/2 tsp pepper2 cup fat free shredded mozzarella cheese 1 cup water2 cups Easy Spaghetti Sauce (In my other recipes)24 oz frozen meatballs
Spread the bread cubes in a 9x13 baking pan treated with nonstick spray. Combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, Italian seasoning, and pepper and pour over bread. Cover with ½ cup mozzarella cheese.
Combine the water, spaghetti sauce, and meatballs and pour over cheese layer in the baking pan. Top with remaining cheese. Cover with foil. (Can be labeled and frozen right in the pan at this point.)
(Thaw if needed) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes.
