Lynda's Diet Cabbage Soup

Ingredients
1 package dry onion soup mix2 tsp "better than boullion" veg flavor1/2 head green cabbage, diced3 carrots, sliced2 bell peppers, sliced2 cans of tomatoes, diced Cooking spray Mrs. Dash to taste
Directions
Spray a large pot with cooking spray and saute all vegetables except cabbage and tomatoes until tender. Add cabbage and about 14 cups of water. Toss in bouillon, soup mix, and seasonings. Cook until soup reaches desired tenderness; add tomatoes.
