Gazpacho

Ingredients
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 5 medium whole Cucumber (with peel), 1 cucumber Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, choppedOnions, raw, .25 cup, chopped Garlic, 1 clove Jalapeno Peppers, .5 pepper Sherry, dry, 1 tbspNakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar, .5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbspSalt, 1 tsp
Directions
Dice all ingredients and combine in a blender. I recommend halving your cucumber and seeding it before cutting and adding. Blend until smooth. Chill overnight for best results. I usually serve with some crumbled feta cheese on top. Serves 4.
